See everything. Record everything. Keep it on your network. CoE-VMS is an on-premise video management system: live view and playback for your IP cameras, 24/7 or event-based recording to your own storage, smart alerts, and face analytics that recognise the people you know. No cloud account, no video leaving your premises.
A multi-camera live wall with a dark, control-room interface. Pan, tilt, zoom and presets on ONVIF PTZ cameras. Playback of recordings from any storage location.
Server-side recorders write 24/7 or only around events, straight from the camera stream with no re-encoding. Add recorder nodes as you grow; each can have its own storage.
Uses the camera's own ONVIF analytics: motion, person, intrusion, line crossing, tamper. Alert schedules, alarm banner, searchable event log, event recording with pre/post-roll.
Recognises known people (watchlist, VIP, staff) and alerts with a snapshot. Every unknown face is snapshotted automatically; tag it later and the system learns. Runs on a standard CPU, no GPU; consent is recorded for every person.
Organise cameras as site, building, floor and zone. Filter every screen by site. Import hundreds of cameras from a CSV file in one step.
If a recorder node stops, its cameras move to another node within about a minute and move back when it is healthy. The client can fail over to a second server address automatically.
ONVIF / RTSP. PTZ and analytics events from the camera.
Recorder node(s) + PostgreSQL. 24/7 and event recording, alerts and face recognition, failover between nodes.
NAS storage: SMB / FTP / local.
Client PCs: Windows, on the LAN.
Everything runs inside your network; recordings go to the storage you choose.

A ready-to-run virtual appliance with the whole server built in. It starts by itself, is set up once from a web page with a one-time code, and is then managed only from the CoE-VMS client over your LAN. A built-in security check shows what is encrypted and what is open.
Full-featured 14-day trial (up to 16 cameras). Ask for a live demo and a sizing for your site.

Camera compatibility and analytics events depend on the camera model and its ONVIF / RTSP support. Face analytics (recognition of known people) runs on the Windows server and needs cameras placed to capture faces at a gentle angle; accuracy depends on lighting and placement. The Linux appliance is in early access. Specifications and features may change without notice. Trademarks belong to their owners.
